This includes staff CPD and professional development, community gatherings for parents and carers, and 1:1 therapeutic support. We also provide consultancy to help organisations strengthen practice, build confident teams, and create environments where the next generation can thrive.

Staff Training

Our staff training explores practical ways to support children’s development and engagement in the classroom. Topics include understanding attachment and the role of attunement in building strong relationships, as well as simple ways to embed breathwork and mindfulness into everyday classroom routines. Sessions are designed to be practical and relevant for education settings, and we can also create bespoke CPD tailored to the specific needs of your staff team or organisation.

Mindfulness for Children

Our mindfulness and freedom to express sessions give children a safe and supportive space to slow down, connect with their feelings, and express themselves. Through simple mindfulness practices, movement, creative activities, and open discussion, children are encouraged to build self-awareness, confidence, and emotional regulation in a way that feels natural and engaging.

Staff Wellbeing

Our staff wellbeing sessions offer practical and restorative ways for teams to recharge and reconnect. From guided breathwork and meditation to cacao ceremonies, these sessions help reduce stress, improve focus, and create a calm, supportive space for reflection and self-care. We also facilitate honest, supportive conversations that help staff explore relational patterns in the classroom, reflect on interactions, and develop strategies to build stronger, more positive relationships with children and colleagues.

1:1 Therapeutic Support

We offer 1:1 therapeutic support tailored to the individual needs of children, young people, and adults. These sessions provide a safe, confidential space to explore emotions, build self-awareness, and develop coping strategies. Through a combination of evidence-based approaches and creative techniques, our support helps individuals work through challenges, strengthen resilience, and improve relationships both at home and in educational settings.

Community Gatherings

Our community gatherings bring parents and children together in a relaxed, supportive environment. Through shared activities, discussion, and creative experiences, families can connect, learn from one another, and strengthen their relationships. These sessions also offer opportunities for parents to gain practical tools and insights to support their child’s development and wellbeing at home.
